Medication management is one of many potential strategies you and your care provider can take to help you feel better. Depending on your unique situation, your provider may suggest taking antidepressants, anti-anxiety medicines, or mood stabilizers. Should one of these medications not be effective or cause any side effects, they may change the dosage or try something that might work better with your body chemistry.
